There are certainly a lot to learn to be successful. But the first thing that you shoudl learn is recruitment of people.  From there you have to become a leader.  Because if you bring people in but you don’t know how to lead them, they will quit. 

You can definitely make money in network marketing as you can see.  But there will be some skills you need to develop.Developing those skills will make you sucessful.But if you just slack around waiting for money to come then you will definitely fail in this industry.
